So the mail servers are up and running. I only allow SMTP w/ TLS and IMAPS. Plain text passwords are like walking around with your pants down and I didn't see any reason to enable POP3.
Anyone with a shell account should have email access. We're still resolving a few issues that might cause mails to be blocked by spam filters, but other than that it's completely functional.
