First LUG meeting of Fall 2009

So it's time to get the LUG fired up for 2009-2010. At this meeting we'll elect officers, plan recruitment for this year, plan the annual Welcome Back BBQ and roast an effigy of chromex.
If we have time, we will also start scheduling tech presentations for the year.
Invite all your friends. This is a great group to be a member of and it looks awesome on the resume. This year we've got some enthusiastic young new members coming up and I anticipate a damn good year.
Pizza will be available, so please respond here (or on the Facebook event) so I know how much to provide.

Is this group just for students, or can people who are genuinely interested in Linux join?

It's open for anyone. Technically it's for the Palouse area, but we have members who currently reside as far away as Virginia and even a couple in Germany.
